Orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 1-3 business days of purchase. If order volume is high, dispatch may be slightly delayed. In such cases, please allow additional days in transit. For significant delays, we will reach out to you via email or phone.

Shipping Time

The shipping time covers the period for items to travel from our fulfillment center to your destination.

  • Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days
  • Expedited Delivery: 3-7 business days

  • Free Standard Shipping – Orders of $75.00 and above
  • Standard Shipping – Orders below $75.00 (Cost: $15.00)
  • Expedited Shipping – Orders below $100.00 (Cost: $25.00)
  • Free Expedited Shipping – Orders of $100.00 and above

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

Damages

Sapphire-cloth is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging and damaged items for the claim process.
