Eligibility

Return Window: You must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your package. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return and refund within 3 business days.

Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Final Sale Items, freebies, and gift cards
- Swimwear (except if damaged or faulty upon delivery)
- Accessories and Final Sale products (unless damaged or faulty upon delivery)
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
- An item shows clear signs of use
- An item is damaged or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error
- Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Exchanges are permitted once per order, so please confirm your choice before returning.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except in cases of damage, loss, or if the item arrives faulty.

Do not send your return to the address on the package. We process returns in our designated U.S. and Hong Kong warehouses, and we are working to expand our return facilities globally.
Please note that sapphire-cloth.com does not authorize any third-party vendors. Purchases made through other sellers are not covered by our warranty.
